The project explores different connotations of the term neighbourhood, in the vocabulary or its urban, architectural and social context, as well as analyzes the historical development and actual dynamics of urban transformations of New Belgrade neighbourhoods.

Founder of ABBC in Lausanne 2009, Adrian Blaser is originally from the German part of Switzerland, he arrived at the University of Lausanne in the 90s. He becomes a freelance associate at the Théâtre de Vidy, works as a translator on the plays of Peter Brook (The Suit), as well as for the Visions du Réel festival in Nyon. He works as production manager and/or executive producer for many international cinema and television projects, selected and awarded on festivals like Cannes, Berlinale, Locarno etc. In 2007, he produces a series of audiovisual works at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade. He is member of the European Film Academy (EFA) and Académie du Cinéma Suisse.
